
Get to know me
Hey! I'm Laura and I've loved nature and sports for as long as I can remember. Sport has been my therapy for happiness; it has brought me so much JOy, both mentally and physically.
I have always worked out but I used to do extreme cardio, not eat enough and use weights all over the place which didn't give me the best results. Over the years, I have practised various sports, such as running, climbing, dancing, football and weight training.
I am now focusing on strength, speed, and agility to improve in every sport I want to try and prevent injury. I believe that you can eat whatever you want and shouldn't restrict your calories too much. I get extreme gratification from practising sport, not just for losing weight or looking good, but for becoming stronger and healthier.
I have learnt a lot through my years of training and would love to help anyone who feels lost or scared on their journey to becoming stronger and healthier. I worked in a London gym for five years, but I have now decided to go online and help as many people as possible.
